Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 27(1) of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2024.0.1796), a Consumer
or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights who enters into a distance contract has the right
to withdraw from the agreement without providing any reason within 14 calendar days
from the date of receiving the product.
How to return a purchased product?
To return a purchased product and receive a refund of the amount paid, please inform
the Seller of your decision by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the agreement. You have 14 days to do so
from the date of receiving the parcel.
How can you inform the Seller about the return?
The form of submitting the withdrawal statement may be chosen freely, however, it is best to do so in writing. Below are two example ways to inform the Seller about the return:
- You may send your withdrawal statement to the Seller’s e-mail address:
info@furecollection.com. The Seller will confirm receipt of your statement. From that moment, you have 14 calendar days to return the product covered by the withdrawal statement. - You may send the withdrawal statement together with the product and proof of purchase to the Seller’s address: FURE Collection Angelika Piekarz, Wieniec 39, 88-300 Wieniec.
Additional information:
Your right to withdraw from the agreement is described in detail in §10 of the Store Terms & Conditions.
Please ensure that returned products are properly secured against damage during transport.
Please include a copy of the withdrawal statement and proof of purchase inside the parcel.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from using it in a way other than what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
In accordance with Article 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts:
- where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs,
- where the subject of the agreement is a product delivered in sealed packaging which, after opening, cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
